Wrexham and Shropshire scores the highest recorded levels of passenger approval in recent industry consumer research
31/08/09ATOC and Passenger Focus recently announced that the top scoring train operating company in the Spring 2009 National Passenger Survey was Open Access Operator Wrexham & Shropshire which runs services between London and Wrexham. Peter Wilkinson says, "This is entirely down the staff who operate and service the trains and our customer facing personnel, this is the biggest tribute to their outstanding efforts and continual focus on the needs of our customer, a wonderful result of which we are all emensely proud".
